„Salam ist als Ratschlag an meinen kleinen Bruder gedacht. Vielleicht aber auch an mich selbst. Ich dachte eine Zeit lang ich müsste krasser Pumper werden und disziplinierter sein, um etwas gegen die rechte Hetze und den kapitalistischen Normalzustand zu unternehmen. Dabei habe ich leider vergessen, dass politischer Wandel und Kampf nur gemeinsam gehen. Außerdem habe ich ein bisschen mein Lächeln und Witz verloren - das darf nie passieren.“ Das Saxofon auf „Salam“ hat Intare selbst eingespielt.
